Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge is located in the heart of the private Taita Hills Sanctuary that borders the Tsavo West National Park, 400km from Nairobi which constitutes 6 hours on the road & an hour by a charter plane and 200km from Mombasa constituting 3 hours on the road & half an hour by a plane.
The entire lodge is raised on stilts above watering holes and feeding pastures offering a panoramic view of the wildlife from above and all around.

Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge consists of 96 rooms elevated on stilts each overlooking a waterhole and linked by suspended walkways. The waterholes are floodlit at night ensuring that visitors have a glance of every animal that comes to quench their thirst from the viewing terrace.
Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge has its rooms fitted with elegant African décor with a 4-poster bed sitting in the double room. There can be twin or triple beds depending on the room type. They all have en suite bathrooms with permanent showers & flush toilets and running hot water.
The lodge is unsuitable for children below 8 years due to its layout.
