BAKERS LODGE
The newest of the Wild frontiers properties, Bakers Lodge, is an upmarket, intimate safari lodge located on a large private area of land surrounded by shady trees and wetlands. Located in a beautiful area, on the south bank of the River Nile, the lodge is built on wooden decks, to take advantage of the superb views and cool breezes.
The large number of trees attract a variety of bird life along the river banks. The panoramic views over the river are magnificent and hippos and bathing elephants are often seen, whilst the islands in the River are home to nesting egrets. Uganda’s largest national park, Murchison Falls, is home to leopards, buffaloes, lions and elephants, among a host of other wildlife.
