Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge
An impressive property with a dramatic backdrop of Kenya’s most beautiful fresh water lake.
The lodge is set in beautiful grounds with green acacias surrounding the lake which is host to a variety of game including giraffes, buffaloes and the elusive black faced colobus monkey. In and around the lake many hippos can be seen wallowing in the water or grazing within the lodge grounds.
Situated on the southern shores of Lake Naivasha, the smaller of the only two fresh water lakes in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley.
Offers two restaurants serving a multi-ethnic combination of European, African and Asian dishes, all made with fresh produce. There are two bars. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, kids’ pool, gym, game drives, bird watching, cycling, boat trip to Crescent Island, day trips to Elsamere, Hells Gate and Mount Longonot.

84 rooms in two-storey African Style rondavels. The rooms on the ground floor have a sunken bath, a balcony and queen size twin beds. On the upper floor the rooms have a king size bed and balcony. The balconies are furnished with a table and chairs, offering an excellent place to relax and watch over 400 bird species which can be found in this region (2 adults and 1 child).
