In the heart of Masailand, Selenkay Conservancy is an important dispersal area for wildlife moving in and out of Amboseli, and is home to a wide diversity of species.

The eco-friendly camp is small and purposefully built on the lines of a traditional safari camp, offering the opportunity to get close to nature and away from the crowds. The number of guests staying at the Amboseli Porini Camp within Selenkay Conservancy is limited to a maximum of eighteen, to retain the wild and unspoilt nature of the area and to minimise the impact on the environment.

Situated in the private 15,000 acre Selenkay Conservancy, near the northern boundary of Amboseli National Park.

Offers an outdoor dining area and a central mess tent, which also serves as the lounge area. In the evening guests can enjoy drinks with hors d’oeuvres around the camp fire, enjoying the starlit African sky. Activities include day and night game drives in open sided 4x4s with high quality guides, a day in Amboseli National Park, escorted bush walks, visits to a traditional Masai village and sundowners with views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Selenkay Conservation Area is a private game reserve, so you will not see any other vehicles or minibuses.
