The restaurant offers international cuisine prepared by Italian and Japanese chefs. Guests can choose to dine on the open-plan verandah or first floor terrace/bar with panoramic views of the bay. The two bars offer ideal places to meet with friends or relax. Leisure facilities include two salt water swimming pools, a luxury boutique, fitness centre, water sports and cultural excursions.

Accommodation at The Majlis

There are three villas containing a total of 25 rooms and suites. Each villa has deluxe rooms, with the Majlis Villa also boasting magnificent junior and royal suites. The rooms and suites open onto the white sand beach, offering panoramic views of the sea from the private verandahs. Each room has an en suite bathroom and has been decorated to evoke the Lamu heritage, with large windows and terraces affording spectacular views. 18 deluxe rooms and 2 inter-connecting family rooms (2 adults and 1 child) and 2 junior suites (3 adults). The royal suite has 2 rooms and a lounge (4 adults and 2 children).
